I unleashed my passion for art late in my thirties, already loaded with a luggage of academic degrees, a corporate career, immigration, war, and exile. Creating visual objects became the way I could effectively communicate with the world. Now I speak many visual languages: painting, graphics, 3D objects, and tapestry. Similar to primitive artists, I merge my experience of a modern nomad with the materials and techniques I encounter. As a result, my works possess a distinct raw and textured quality, sometimes even appearing rough. However, it represents my lyrical character and conveys a symbolic narrative.
